Ekko Who?

Ekko, or more officially Zimyrs Echo, lives in Espoo, Finland, with his owners Hanna and Keijo.

Ekko was born near Vaasa, in western Finland, in Zimyrs kennel. His mother is Zimyrs Cutrine and his father Gently Born Lexus. Ekko moved to our home in the summer of 2005 when he was a tiny 7-week-old furball, and this family hasn't seen a single boring day ever since! Ekko has conquered our hearts with his open and lovable characteristics - it's really hard to resist his charm and the overflowing joy of life that glows in his black eyes behind all that fur on his face!

It's been interesting to watch Ekko grow up. When he first came to our home, he was a tiny, frightened puppy who didn't have the courage to cross the street in front of our yard - and now he has turned into this tough guy who defies other males (and sometimes his owners, too), thinking that he owns the whole neighbourhood. Yet he can be such a baby that longs for attention and petting, as he bustles about around his family and, at nights, lies on the livingroom floor with his paws sticking up, relaxed and enjoying his life as I scratch his belly. How could anyone possibly not love him!
